INCORPORATING AUTHENTIC MATERIALS IN ESL CURRICULUM: ENHANCING LANGUAGE LEARNING

English as a Second Language (ESL) education has evolved significantly to meet the diverse needs of learners in a globalized world. The integration of authentic materials has emerged as a pivotal strategy in ESL curriculum design, offering learners opportunities to engage with language in meaningful contexts. This study explores the theoretical foundations, practical applications, benefits, challenges, and best practices associated with the integration of authentic materials in ESL instruction.
