Description

The current version of the app is able to handle multiple genotypic data, due to the sliders in outlier-selection window as well as modeling window. We improved the overall app functionality and README.

Currently working on:

  • non-parametric tests
  • Multidimensional scaling
  • k-means clustering
  • analyzing data that is categorical / ordinal
