Description
The current version of the app is able to handle multiple genotypic data, due to the sliders in outlier-selection window as well as modeling window. We improved the overall app functionality and README.
Currently working on:
- non-parametric tests
- Multidimensional scaling
- k-means clustering
- analyzing data that is categorical / ordinal
