DroneFlux - UAS Thermal data analyser programs

Description
DroneFlux is a set of programs that has been used to clusterize the thermal data acquired and analysed in the article "Clusterization and temporal trends of heat flux by UAS thermal camera" by Marotta et. al, on Remote Sensing.
The input and output datasets are available on Zenodo at https://zenodo.org/record/10551266. This work is derived from: https://zenodo.org/records/5886707
There are three main programs here:
flight.py
that is used to perform the segmenting and clusterization of a single UAS thermal mapping in ASCII Grid format. All the parameters required for the analysis must be directly set in the code.multiflight.py
this is the program that performs bulk analysis of a set of UAS thermal mappings getting the list of files from a Comma Separated Values files containing also the environmental data of the flight. It calls the functions contained inflight.py
passing the correct set of parameters got from its command line.analyze.py
is the code that performs the reclustering of the outputs ofmultiflight.py
in order to create the time variations of some parameters: average temperature, heat flux and zone areas.
The software uses the KMeans
and DBSCAN
algorithm of the standard sklearn
python library.
