RATING THE SCIENTIFIC-PEDAGOGICAL STAFF, AS A PART OF THE SYSTEM OF STATE MANAGEMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION QUALITY

The place and role of rating the scientific and pedagogical workers in the system of state's management of quality of higher education is substantiated in the article. On the example of specific models of development of ratings of scientific and pedagogical staff, their main content and features of use are determined. In addition, the article contains the results of a critical rethinking of the use of the procedure for evaluating scientific and pedagogical workers with an emphasis on the need to take into account into the teacher's potential ratings of the results achieved. The article deals with the conclusions about the place, role and conditions of the effectiveness of the use of the rating of scientific and pedagogical workers in the system of management of the development of labor opportunities of higher educational institutions.
