Description

Alzheimer's is a clinical diagnosis. At the same time, Alzheimer's pathology begins long before clinical manifestations, and research is increasing to assume that biomarkers such as positron emission tomography and fluid tests directly prove this pathology. It is assumed that the diagnosis can be distinguished from the clinical expression of Alzheimer's disease. It is debated whether Alzheimer's preclinical disease changes the boundaries between "normal cognitive aging" or "healthy brain aging" and disease, which should change the notion that Alzheimer's disease belongs to the most feared aging diseases among late age-specific diseases fear of getting sick
