Improvement of the organizational mechanism of small business management in the conditions of economic liberalization, the current state of small business and private entrepreneurship in Uzbekistan, problems related to the organization and management system of their activities, the importance of the organizational and economic mechanism in the effective organization of their activities and their contribution to it confounding factors have been studied. Also, suggestions and recommendations on improving the organizational and economic mechanism of business management are given
