In this regard, banking institutions should use various methods to quickly obtain this information. An important aspect in this matter is the use of the latest methods of marketing research as a basis for collecting information about potential and existing customers. The purpose of the article: to study and further develop modern methods of bank marketing in the conditions of digital transformation, as well as to improve directions for increasing the popularity of banking services.
