Description

The Energy Flexibility Data Model (EFDM) aims to provide a generic and standardized description of energy flexibility - independent of specific technologies, company levels, or market structures. This model enables uniform communication and utilization of energy flexibility potentials, both within industrial companies and in exchange with external energy market service providers.
The ability to adjust electrical power is quantified by defining a Flexibility Space, from which concrete requirements for power adjustment - called Flexible-Load Measures - are derived.
