Higher Order Grain Boundary Analysis

This file contains Python codes for use in analyzing higher-order topological insulators hosting grain boundary defects in two and three spatial dimensions. Specifically, the eigenvalue and eigenvector data is computed in both real space and reciprocal space for given systems. This data is used to construct the spectra, density of states distributions in both spaces, and a one-dimensional band structures along the grain boundary line.
