Description

All analysis files for Sheffel et al.’s paper Effective coverage for maternal health: operationalizing effective coverage cascades for antenatal care and nutrition for pregnant women in seven low-income and middle-income countries have been made available for replicability and extensibility.

For the ANC and maternal nutrition effective coverage, there are separate sets of R scripts that can be used to generate all analytical outputs. In addition, there is a set of scripts in the respective variance estimation folder that can be used to generate confidence intervals for the linked estimates.

We did not include the raw data files but encourage interested parties to go to dhsprogram.com to register for accounts which will allow download of data files used in this study. Data files should be placed in the main Data folder and the variance estimation Data folders in order to be able to run the analysis.
