CURRENT STATUS. — Macroptychaster accrescens (Koehler, 1920).
TYPE MATERIAL. — Antarctic • 1 syntype; station 12; Australasian Antarctic expedition (1911-1914); 64°32’S, 97°20’E; depth 201 m; MNHN-IE-2014-439.
REMARK
Additional syntypes are kept in the Australian Museum, Sydney (ref. J3639 [2 syntypes] & J3640 [4 syntypes]) (Rowe & Pawson 1977).
