create_figure.py: Added--fontsize,--height,--widthand--legendoptions.create_figure.py: Repositioned legend for consistency (moved to bottom right) and removed its frame.run_ID16S.pl: Added plot options.run_ID16S.pl: Now generates a log file (ID16S.log)run_ID16S.pl: Added--replotoptions => skips everything but plots (useful to replot/tweak figures)
