hholm/OceanLipidome: Version 1.0.2

Some minor updates for this version.

Data is now offered at three levels of processing to aid the user in their own investigation. Data can be found in /Data/csv/Joined. See Holm_2022_quantify for code.

v102_global_suspended_peakarea: No corrections or post-processing applied. Units are in peakarea. v102_global_suspended_pg_oncolumn: Quantified using standard curves and blank subtracted with field blanks. Units are in picograms. v102_global_suspended_pg_perLiter: Quantified using standard curves, blank subtracted with field blanks, recovery corrected with DNP-PE and volume of seawater filtered. Units of picograms per liter.

• Lipid metadata version 1.0.2 (v102_global_Suspended_metadata_final) now contains volume filtered (liters) and amount of DNP-PE recovered from extract (fraction out of 1) for each sample.
• DNP-PE is excluded from blank correction. Values in v102_global_suspended_pg_oncolumn represent on column amounts of DNP-PE. Values in v102_global_suspended_pg_perLiter represent amount spiked into each extract per liter.
• CSV sheets from Holm et al. 2022 are moved to /Data/csv/Joined/Holm_Science_2022
