Syntypes: 6 (slide) Canada. [Northwest Territories], Reindeer St[ation], [9–18.vi.] 1948, under leaves, M. Hammer (CNC 165121, Type No. 18196). Listed as Protaphorura macrodentata (Hammer, 1953) by Salmon (1964: 172).
