Abantennarius coccineus

Description

? Abantennarius coccineus (Lesson, 1831).

To 9.1 cm (3.6 in) SL. Indo-Pacific; western Pacific Ocean north to Ryukyus Islands; perhaps questionable observation off southern tip of Baja California; Puerto Vallerta, Mexico to Desventuradas Island, Chile. Benthic; depth: surface to 75 m (246 m). All in Pietsch and Arnold (2020).
