Echiniscus corrugicaudatus McInnes 2009

Description

Echiniscus corrugicaudatus McInnes, 2009

Localities and number of specimens. V (20)

Remarks. Our specimens correspond well to the original description (except for slightly lower number of teeth on the dentate collar of the fourth pair of legs). Until now, the species had only been reported from its type locality—Ellsworth Land, Antarctica (McInnes 2009). This is the first record of this species from South America.
