  • run_mmh.pl: Rewrote the pipeline for simplicity. MMH is now much simpler to use with this master script.
  • get_UniProt.pl: updated base URL + now autodetects aria2c, wget and curl.
  • MInor code fixes + cleanup
  • Moved helper scripts to Core/ subdirectory
  • Simplified the README
