TYPE DEPOSITORY: assumed to be in the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Saint Petersburg, Russia, given the reference to this species in Makarova, 2000a: 801; 2000b: S113.
TYPE LOCALITY AND HABITAT: Severnaya Zemlya Archipelago, Bolshevik Island, Solnechnaya Inlet, on excrements of Dicrostonyx torquatus (Animalia: Cricetidae) in burrow.
