Description
To pre-process the data obtained by single-unit recordings using tungsten electrodes, we used scr_populationanalysisautismpaper.m MATLABR2022B script. To proceed with the statistical analysis using generalized linear mixed-effects models and post hoc contrasts, we used population_analysis_revised.m.
