Dataset of a consumer study conducted in Denmark, Spain and Poland, to determine perception of a new product made with Apple Pomace. Foodies were also included in the consumer study as a different consumer group. Study published in the manuscript with DOI: doi.org/10.1016/j.ijgfs.2024.101037
