Description

3D brain atlas of the cladistian fish Polypterus endlicherii, including the MRI raw data in Bruker format.

The MRI data and ROIs should be viewed using ImageJ software (https://imagej.net/ij/) with the MRIManager plugin (https://imagej.net/ij/plugins/mri-file-manager/index.html).

The 3D models should be viewed with any 3D visualizer.

The segmentations should be viewed with the Slicer software (https://www.slicer.org) by opening the file "Polypterus Brain.mrml" (slicer supported file) included in the folder "Polypterus Brain 3D Model (3DSlicer)".
