This file contains the data collected during a CO2 soil degassing and ground temperature survey performed at Poás Volcano (Costa Rica) from March 9 to March 15, 2025.That survey was possible thanks to Anticipating Volcanic Eruptions in Real-Time (AVERT) project, and Observatorio Vulcanológico y Sismológico (OVSICORI) of the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica (UNA). The authors of this work are Noé García-Martínez, Társilo Girona, Kyriaki Drymoni, Sara Emili, Martina Picciallo, Einat Lev, Conor A. Bacon, J. Maarten de Moor, Ángel Fernández-Cortés, and David Benavente (10.5281/zenodo.15752298).

This file is divided in four tabs as follows:

  1. Summary of the file data organistaion.
  2. Compilation of the soil CO2 degassing data and ground temperatures. Locations are Crater Rim (CR) and Upper Terrace (UT).
  3. Weather data from the station located at El Mirador of the Poás Volcano. From March 9 to March 15, 2025.
  4. CO2 concentration data from the VPPC site soil-probe. From March 9 to March 15, 2025.
