Datasets of the scientific paper "Natural variation of response to glyphosate in Sinapis alba (Brassicaceae): physiological effects, shikimate accumulation and genetic mechanisms"

Description of the data and file structure

This study has been made with a total of 192 accessions belonging to 25 different populations from the south of the Iberian Peninsula.

In the datasets, you can find the data we have worked with, including physiological parameters (photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, SLA, and shikimate accumulation) as well as genetic data (EPSPS gene copy number and expression levels of the EPSPS and ABCC8 genes).
