This repository contains the data about Rhizostoma pulmo and Aurelia spp. abundance used for the study "Beyond Single Drivers: a Multi-Stressor Framework for Understanding and Managing Jellyfish Proliferation under Concurrent Anthropogenic and Climate Pressures". R scripts used to define th dynamics of the variables and to run the loop analysis are provided.

Environment Setup
The loop analysis script required the use of numerous scripts from Pereira, D., Rochi, M., Favilla, S., Bodini, A., & Scotti, M. (2023). LevinsAnalysis R package (Version 0.2) [Computer software]. https://github.com/DPardejo/LevinsAnalysis-v0.2.
