Channel flow:
Mean velocity profiles of the turbulent channel flow with different filter widths and different subgrid-scale models are written in the .txt files stored in the folder Channel (separate README).
One instantaneous snap shot of the velocity and pressure field of each channel flow simulation are written in .h5 files stored in the folder Channel.
Periodic hill flow:
Mean velocity profiles of the periodic hill flow with different filter widths and different subgrid-scale models are written in the .txt files stored in the folder PeriodicHill (separate README).
One instantaneous snap shot of the velocity and pressure field of each periodic hill flow simulation are written in .h5 files stored in the folder PeriodicHill.
Python scripts:
PlotProfilesChannel.py: plots the mean velocity profiles of the turbulent channel flow
PlotProfilesPeriodicHill.py: plots the mean velocity profiles at different positions of the periodic hill flow
ImportField.py: example how to import .h5 flow fields in python
