Abstract

This repository contains the RNA-seq files for the analysis of the transcriptional response of a proteorhodopsin-based photoheterotroph, Dokdonia sp. MED134, during acclimation at temperatures from 10ºC to 34°C. It also includes the Suppl. Fig. 1 and Suppl. Tables 1-3.
