LoDEI v1.1.0 release notes:

• lodei find now supports the analysis of paired-end reads out-of-the box.
  • added support for ISR and ISF library types (see https://salmon.readthedocs.io/en/latest/library_type.html for description of library types)
• lodei find creates (if needed) missing .bai files for the provided input .bam files
• Added QC plot lodei plotwindowcounts displaying the number of windows for a differential editing signals versus the differential editing signal for a better understanding of the underlying data.
• Added metagene plot lodei plotmetagene visualizing the number of detected, significant windows or the summed signal strength of significant windows for a given set of genomic locations.
