Description

This dataset contains the source data and raw interferograms associated with our manuscript, 'On-chip phonon-enhanced IR near-field detection of molecular vibrations' by A. Bylinkin et al. The source data, provided in an .xlsx file, includes the datasets used to generate the figures in both the main text and the Supplementary Information. The raw interferogram dataset, located in the 'Interferograms' folder, was used to calculate the experimental spectra shown in Fig. 3b, f, and Suppl. Fig. 13. This dataset was acquired using a NeaSNOM microscope (attocube AG).

The data processing procedure for calculating spectra from the interferograms is described in the Methods section of our manuscript.

Notes

The 'Interferograms' folder contains two subfolders: 'far-field spectroscopy' and 'on-chip spectroscopy', which correspond to experiments where the molecular layer was evaporated onto a CaF2 substrate and directly on top of the graphene detector, respectively. For more details, please refer to our manuscript 'On-chip phonon-enhanced IR near-field detection of molecular vibrations' by A. Bylinkin et al.

- The 'far-field spectroscopy' folder contains 7 subfolders, each named according to the thickness of the molecular layer on the CaF2 substrate. Each subfolder includes two interferogram files: "*_NOmol Interferograms.txt.txt" and "*_mol Interferograms.txt.txt". The first file corresponds to the spectrum measured through the bare CaF2 substrate, while the second represents the spectrum with the molecular layer on the CaF2.

- The 'on-chip spectroscopy' folder contains a single interferogram file named "*_XXnm Interferograms.txt.txt", where 'XX' refers to the thickness of the molecular layer on top of the graphene detector.

Each interferogram contains 17 columns:
