davidreesjones/sea-ice-similarity-code: Second release of sea-ice-similarity software

This software reproduces the calculations and figures in an accompanying paper. Please cite the accompanying paper in any publications based on this software. Relative to the first release, I made a series of changes to the figure formatting and labels. I also added source code that can be used to calculate the equilibrium (steady state) ice thickness.
