Инатът на Гутенберг или за първите стъпки на меритокрацията (Gutenberg's Stubbornness or the First Steps of Meritocracy)

The report argues that in the age of the internet and artificial intelligence, political power will be a meritocracy and its strategic training institute will be the old-fashioned library. The analysis focuses on the following issues: on knowledge as the basic social substance of the "post-information" society; on the new elite with power over knowledge – the meritocracy; on the library institution as a university for elitist intellectual behavior; on the community of old-fashioned readers as a micro-community of candidates for power - an alternative to the computerized masses.
