This repository contains two files

(1) The MATLAB scripts used to generate the model configuration files.

(2) Processed data used to generate the figures in the manuscript.

Model forcing files (Boundary, Atmosphere, Nudging) exceeds the size limit, thus are not uploaded in this repo.
