Description
Scable Optical Flow-based Image Alignment (SOFIMA) of FAST-EM volume electron microscopy datasets in WebKnossos. This software uses SOFIMA to align volume electron microscopy datasets imported directly from WebKnossos and uploads the realigned datasets directly back to WebKnossos.
