Statistical aggregation in R for RhizoVision Explorer and manuscript figure code

The zip file combines two R files and several data files.

combinefeatures.r - this defines a function to combine features from RhizoVision Explorer output when one sample has been spread across multiple scans and those were analyzed independently. It will sum length and volume, for example, while doing the weighted average for other traits as needed.

analysis.r - this is all the code needed to use combinefeatures function as an example and generate the figures and statistics used in the paper

several data files (csv) that are output from RhizoVision Explorer for the original single images as well as the concatenated images uploaded separately that are needed by analysis.r
