TREKIS-4: Time-REsolved Kinetics in Irradiated Solids

A hybrid code combining transport Monte Carlo and molecular dynamics simulation of the effects of radiation impact on matter. It can model swift-heavy ion, photon, electron or positron impacts.

• New (minimalistic) input format added; manual correspondingly updated
• SHI cross sections smooth matching between delta and Ritchie-Howie CDF
• Atomic databases updated to EPICS2025
• Spatially resolved electron velocity angular distribution printout added
• In the directory INPUT_DATA\Normalized_CDF\Normalized_CDF, files Optical_data_... are cross-checked automatically for energy grid consistency with the array used. Recalculated if mismatched
• Bugfix in Auger-decay of holes too close to the valence band
• Bugfix in angles definition for incoming particle
