GabrielFernandezFernandez/SPIVAE: First release

Preliminary release of the library accompanying the paper Learning minimal representations of stochastic processes with variational autoencoders. The library is functioning, and we provide documentation and tutorials to facilitate its use. In upcoming releases, we will enhance the documentation and provide new tutorials to showcase the use of the library.
