  • 1. Department of Cardiovascular Engineering, Institute of Applied Medical Engineering, Medical Faculty, RWTH Aachen University, Germany

Description

This is the accompanying dataset for the publication entitled "Investigations of differential hypoxemia during venoarterial membrane oxygenation with and without Impella support". DOI to be added.

It includes one full CFD setup (Fluent 2023 R2) with the vessel geometry, an outflow and the Impella pump. Further on, all data (UDF, simulation settings, Windkessel parametrs) to run the multiscale simulations is included in the archive FullSetup.zip

The Fluent UDF (also runs with older versions of Fluent) is included in the UDF only.zip

For further information on how to run multiscale simulations in Fluent using the provided UDF, see https://github.com/mneidlin/multiscaleCFD

If there are any questions, please contact Michael Neidlin at neidlin@ame.rwth-aachen.de or michael.neidlin@gmail.com.

Please cite the manuscript (DOI to be added), if you are using this work.
