Construction and analysis of a simplified RNA-based Knowledge Graph

This repository contains notebooks, data, and ontologies to build a simplified RNA-centered Knowledge Graph (that involves gene-disease, gene-miRNA, and miRNA-disease relationships) exploiting PheKnowLator functionalities.

Public SPARQL endpoint (does not include properties): http://fievel.anacleto.di.unimi.it:10035/#/repositories/testRNA-KG.

Public Neo4j endpoint (includes properties): http://fievel.anacleto.di.unimi.it:7474.
