Hippocampal LFP analysis in rats treated with reserpine (Fibromyalgia model)

Description

Dataset obtained in the analysis of chronic recordings of local field potential of the dorsal hippocampus in SD rats trated with IP reserpine (fibromyalgia model).

Description of the dataset:

Specimen: code of the animal

Status: control (before reserpine administration), reserpina (following reserpine administration)

Statuscompl: control (before reserpine administration), PR (days following reserpine administration, i.e 13PR = 13 days folloing reserpine administration)

Day: recorging day

ti and tf: inicial and end time of the window analyzed 

Spectral analysis: band power and band ratio of the frequency bands (Hz):

Wavelet analysis: detection of regions with predominance of slow waves (b1) and theta (b3)

EEMG analysis: mean value and standard deviation of the RMS EMG (EMGmean    EMGstd)
