This repository contains:

• The datasets curated: a Epitopes datasets.zip folder contains two files a T cell epitopes file and a B cell epitopes file, and a Subvariants dataset.zip folder contains a file of the characterizing mutations list of each subvariants used in the analysis.
• The code: The notebook file contains the Jupyter Notebook (Python code) of the analysis.
• The supplementary file of the paper: a Supplementary Materials.zip file contains all the supplementary figures and files mentioned in the paper.
• A Figures.zip folder contains all the generated figures -used in the paper- in high resolution.
