DescriptionSmall, little inflated, sub-triangular shell, surface with distinct, irregular growth increments, umbones elevated, pointed, slightly prosogyrate; posterior sulcus present, widening posteriorly, bordered by indistinct ridge; anterodorsal margin very long, slightly concave.
Stratigraphic and geographic rangeLower Miocene (lower Burdigalian), northern Italy.
