Računarski program za monitoring sadržaja gasova i vode u ulju blok transformatora

Sažetak— U radu je prikazan računarski program za monitoring sadržaja gasova i vode u ulju blok transformatora. Program jeizrađen za potrebe pristupa podacima sa monitoring sistema preko lokalne računarske mreže i uključivanja monitoring sitema u integrisani sistem monitoringa elektroenrgetske opreme elektrane. Program je instaliran na serverskom računaru sistema monitoringa i na industrijskim računarima u ormanima sistema monitoringa na dva agregata. Program vrši akviziciju podataka sa ugrađenih sistema za monitoring sadržaja gasova i vode u ulju transformatora, vizuelni prikaz i arhiviranje u bazu podataka. U okviru programa je omogućeno prikazivanje opomenskih i alarmnih vrednosti parametara. Monitoring sistem je povezan u lokalnu računarsku mrežu hidroelektrane, čime je omogućen pristup inženjerima održavanja elektrane, a putem VPN veze i ekspertima za dijagnostiku stanja transformatora. Na ovaj način se unapređuje procena pogonskog stanja transformatora, povećava mogu ćnost pravovremenog detektovanja kvarova i drugih anomalija i samim tim povećava pouzdanost i raspoloživost transformatora.

Abstract (English)

ABSTRACT- This paper describes the computer program for gas and water content monitoring of power transformers. The program is installed in the server computer of the monitoring system and the industrial computers of the monitoring system. The program acquires data from the system for monitoring of gas and water content in transformer oil, display s the data and archives in the database. The program enables display of warning and alarm values of parameters. The monitoring system is connected to the local area network of the hydropower plant, which enables access to the maintenance engineers of the power plant, and th rough the VPN connection to experts for diagnostics of transformers condition. In this way the estimation of the transformer condition is improved, the possibility of failures detection is increased, and thus the reliability and availability of the transformers are increased.
