Warin is a community dedicated to the preservation and digital documentation of dialects, oral traditions, and intangible cultural heritage.

The community supports the collection, annotation, archiving, and AI-assisted analysis of oral culture materials, including storytelling, folk songs, ritual chanting, shadow puppetry, and regional dialect resources.

Current projects include the Pianggong Oral Culture Corpus, ELAN-based annotations, subtitle archives, searchable metadata databases, and AI-assisted transcription experiments.

The community welcomes researchers, students, performers, and local cultural practitioners interested in language documentation, oral heritage preservation, digital humanities, and AI for cultural sustainability.
