At the interface of biology, computer science and physics, TISBio accompany biologist’s biophotonic projects, from experiment conception to data analysis and interpretation and associated software development. It consists in a manager (IR CNRS) and an expert in software development (IE CNRS). From the interdisciplinary background of its members, our main mission is to identify technological locks encountered by biologists in the analysis and interpretation of their microscopy data, and to overcome them while developing adapted and easy-to-use software solution.
