This repository is dedicated to research outcomes of the Smart Microscopy Working Group. The working group is composed of participants from both academia and industry, meeting regularly online with the support of the Euro-BioImaging Industry Board.  

The group is working toward a unifying minimal specification for smart-microscopy, to simplify the developements of smart microscopy workflows across imaging systems.
