Sequana is a project developped in Python that helps in developping and maintaining a set of NGS pipelines developped in Snakemake. Sequana is also a Python library dedicated to NGS analysis. It provides standalone applications such as sequana_coverage and sequanix (snakemake GUI). Snakemake pipelines have their own independent life (e.g. github.com/sequana/sequana_rnaseq) but benefit from common infrastructure and framework proposed in the Sequana project.
