- The community accepts presentations and posters from the Research Data Conference.
- Submitted resources are in open formats or widely reusable and modifiable formats. If proprietary formats are used (e.g., PPTX, DOCX, PDF), more open alternative versions should be included whenever possible (e.g., ODP for presentations, ODT or PDF/A for documents, TIFF for images, etc.).
- Submissions include at least the following metadata in English: title, authors, description (abstract), keywords, publication date, DOI, and license.
- Title and authors should correspond to the title of the presentation at the RDC.
- Content must use a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 license or a CC BY-SA 4.0 license. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their content complies with the chosen license.
