In order for uploads to be accepted into the RDNL Zenodo community:

• They must be an output of RDNL, such as deliverables of the 2025-2028 RDNL project, presentations or training materials from RDNL trainings. 
• They must contain the following metadata:
  • Title
  • Authors linked with ORCIDs
  • Abstract: When the upload is part of the 2025-2028 RDNL project, the abstract should mention the funding by Open Science NL, e.g., "The initiative to build a national training and community platform for research data professionals is funded by Open Science NL for the period 2025-2028."
  • Resource type
  • License: preferably CC-BY-4.0 except when this causes license (compatibility) or ownership issues
  • At least three relevant keywords. Examples: open science, research data management, data stewardship, professional development, Capacity Building
  • Language
  • Funding: Open Science NL
• The upload should preferably be in line with the RDNL branding
• Files must (also) be in open/durable formats. When uploading a powerpoint (.pptx), please also include a pdf version of the slides.
