Clear, enforceable policies ensure the journal meets IQAC audits for "Teaching-Learning and Evaluation."

  • Eligibility: Authors must provide institutional affiliations and verify that the work has not been published elsewhere.

  • The Review Workflow:

    1. Submission: Author uploads to Zenodo and requests inclusion in the IQAC community.

    2. Screening: Managing Editor checks for plagiarism and UGC basic compliance.

    3. Peer Review: The paper is sent to at least two subject experts. Reviewer comments must be archived (either privately in the journal's backend or publicly on Zenodo as linked records).

    4. Acceptance: Only after the "Final Accepted Version" is ready is the record "Accepted" into the Zenodo Community.

  • Ethics & Integrity: Strict adherence to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines is required for all authors and reviewers (Seismica, 1994).
