Physiological research is the scientific investigation of the functions and mechanisms of living organisms at the cellular, organ, and system level. It involves studying the physical, chemical, and biological processes that occur within living organisms, including humans, animals, and plants. Physiological research aims to understand how these processes work, how they are regulated, and how they contribute to the overall health and well-being of the organism.

This Zenodo community is to house notes and data acquired through a variety of methods, including experimentation, observation, and analysis - across all physiological systems and their interactions. This could include physiological balance (homeostasis) or changes due to specific pathological influences.

Notes and Data can be independent technical notes, datasets, or supplements that can be published alongside Journal articles.
