1. Sound files will be checked to be 10-minute duration .wav files, each accompanied by a .csv or .txt file containing environmental information and survey metadata for that recording.

2. The sound files and .csv/.txt should have matched filenames using a file naming protocol that includes a prefix (e.g., location and surveyor name), followed by date and time, separated by underscores: PREFIX_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.wav, e.g. Mill-Pond-CA_20210506_082400.wav. This convention follows the Wildlife Acoustics Song Meter system and is machine-readable using seewave::songmeter in R.
